These are our usual ringing times but they are sometimes changed. Please check the Ringing Calendar for details of variations and cancellations.

Visiting ringers are very welcome at our practices and service ringing. If there are likely to be larger numbers of visitors we would appreciate some warning.

The bells are available for visiting bands and for peal and quarter peal attempts. Please see our Booking Information or contact the for details.

Access to the tower when the Abbey is open is through the door on the right at the top of the midnight stairs, up the spiral stairs, along the clerestory and the next spiral stairs will lead you to the ringing chamber.

If you are likely to arrive after the start of an evening practice the Abbey will probably be closed. Contact one of the Guild Officers in advance for details of how to gain access.
